I Always Get A Cart With Wheels That Work

If you are occassionaly the shopper who takes a cart with a square wheel or a locked wheel, there is a simple solution that has many obvious benefits: When you arrive and get out of your car, find the closest stray cart and take it with you into the store. The fact that you found it in the lot assures you it worked well enough for the last user! Wouldn't it be great if more shoppers followed my advice? Have a good day.

Is your personal information safe?

If you belong to the supermarket's frequent shopper club, it has a lot of informtion about you. From your purchases it knows the brands you buy (and by inference, those you don't favor). It may know your physical condition, whether you are over-weight and your approximate age. It also knows whether you have children and their approximate ages. This is information a lot of companies would "kill" to obtain and use to sell their own products and services. The reason this has not become a shopper's nightmare is the supermarkets know that if they sold their customer's personal information, the reaction would be violent and they would soon be out of business. Has your supermarket violated your trust?
